How pricing works
Every journey is different: the distance, the dates, who's travelling, and what your pet needs. So we don't do price lists. Tell us the journey and we come back the same day with one complete, itemised price. What we promise is that nothing is hidden in it.
What your fare covers
- The whole door-to-door journey: your address to the destination address
- Your driver and the car, there and back
- Everyone travelling: you, your pet, your luggage
- Comfort stops along the way, and overnight rest on long routes
- A document check together before travel day
On top of the fare, at cost
Two costs vary with your dates, so they're passed through at exactly what they cost us, itemised on your quote:
Le Shuttle ticket
The Eurotunnel crossing, booked for your date and charged at cost. The price varies with dates, times and availability.
Road tolls
Motorway tolls on your route through Europe, at cost.
We book the crossing for your dates and show you the ticket: you pay what we paid.
What a quote looks like
One number for the fare, the crossing and tolls listed separately at cost, and anything journey-specific spelled out before you commit to anything. If something would add to the price later, it's on the quote now. That's the deal.
The small print, in plain English
- Deposits. A deposit secures your date; the balance is due before travel day. We take payment by card through a secure Stripe link.
- Changes and cancellations. Life happens. Give us 24 hours' notice and we'll move your booking or refund you in full, including the crossing ticket.
- Paperwork problems. If your pet's documents aren't in order on travel day, the border will refuse the journey and costs can't be refunded. This is why we check your documents with you in advance, so it never gets that far.
- Delays outside our control. Crossings can be delayed by the operator or border queues. We build slack into the day, but time lost to third-party delays isn't something we charge for or refund.
