What we collect
When you request a quote we collect what you type into the form: your name, contact details, addresses, travel dates and details about your pet. That's it: no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no data bought or sold.
Why we collect it
To price your journey, reply to you, and, if you book, to run the journey. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch our systems.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and booking records are kept for as long as we need them for bookings, accounting and legal requirements, then deleted. Ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.
Your rights
